Workshop on Company Secretaryship: A Career Development Avenue
Department of Commerce, SMS, Varanasi conducted a workshop for B.Com. (Hons.) and B.Com. students on the theme " Company Secretaryship: A Career Development Avenue" on Saturday 21 November 2020. The keynote speakers CS Namita Ujawal and Mr. Ashish Tiwari jointly in their impeccable deliberation made students aware of various aspects of the Company Secretary program.
They further shared basic details regarding the pursuance of CS courses, employment aspects, benefits of employing CS in companies, coverage of CS professionals all over India, etc. He further highlighted the various facilities provided by their ICSI Varanasi chapter to the economically backward and meritorious students.
The complete session including the Question and Answer session was co-ordinated by Mrs. Anju Singh, Assistant Professor, SMS Varanasi. Finally, the session ended with an enthralling vote of thanks done by Dr. Akriti Jaiswal Assistant Professor, SMS Varanasi.
