1) Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University:
Faculty of Science was established in 1916 and it is one of the oldest educational institutes in India and in December 2015 it was upgraded to Institute of Science. BHU produced many noted scientists, scholars, and politicians. some of the prominent faces are Bharat ratan Cnr Rao, Jayant Vishnu Narlikar, Shanti Swaroop Bhatnagar etc . these are just a few names list is very long.
2) Faculty of Commerce, Banaras Hindu University:
Faculty of commerce, Banaras Hindu University is also known as Shri Thakur Ratan Pal Singh Faculty of Commerce. It is the only faculty at Banaras Hindu University which is named after an individual person. The faculty of Commerce was started in year1940 as an adjunct to the Department of Economics and attained independent department status soon after. In the year 1965, the Department of Commerce was accorded with the status of a faculty.
3) School of Management Sciences, Varanasi:
School of management sciences established in the year 1995 and it achieved the coveted ‘A’ grade in NAAC accreditation, School of Management Sciences, Varanasi continuously pursuing the path of growth and perfection which resulted in the growing recognition and respect from all over the industry and academia.
since inception, they are delivering quality education by unveiling AICTE approved Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Human Resource, Marketing, and Finance specializations in 1995. Thereafter, They started PGDM (International Business) program approved by AICTE in 2006. Ahead of this, on the account of corporate requirements, They initiated a PGDM (Retail Management) program again approved by AICTE in 2007.
4) Arya Mahila Mahavidyalaya:
Arya Mahila Mahavidyalaya also was known as Arya Mahila Degree College and as Arya Mahila PG College is a womens college in Varanasi and is affiliated with Banaras Hindu University. It was established in the year 1956 by Shri Arya Mahila Hitakarini Mahaparishad.
5) Faculty of Sanskrit Vidya Dharma Vijnan
The Faculty of Sanskrit Vidya Dharma Vijnan was established in the year 1918 by Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya with an aim to preserve and promote the studies of ancient Indian Shastras, Sanskrit language and Sanskrit literature. One of the objectives of this faculty also to remove the misconceptions about religion, spirituality, astrology, and tantras in our society. This is the only faculty or educational establishment of its kind in the world.
