SMS Varanasi achieved Best B-School Award (North)

This is a matter of pride and honour that School of Management Sciences, Varanasi has been awarded as Best B-School in India (North) by ASSOCHAM, India. Award was presented in “National Summit on Excellence in Education, Training & Development” held at hotel BNR Chanakya, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Program was organized by ASSOCHAM in association with Department of Higher, Technical Education & Skill Development, Government of Jharkhand. Awards ceremony took place in presence of Shri Saryu Rai, Minister, Government of Jharkhand; Shri Ajay Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary, Government of Jharkhand; Kunwar Shekhar Vijendra, Chancellor, Shobhit University; Prof. S. K. Singh, VC, L.N. Mithila University, Bihar and other dignitaries. School of Management Sciences, Lucknow has also been awarded Best Engineering College in India (North). The Director, Prof. P. N. Jha and the Executive Secretary, Dr. M. P. Singh received the Honors on behalf of SMS Varanasi. This is a remarkable achievement, endorsed the elated Director, Prof. Pinak Nath Jha, who reaffirmed the institution’s sustained efforts for excellence.

 

Awards were also provided in few more categories like Life Time Achievement Award – Central Zone, Best Institute /University in Open, Distance & On-Line Learning, Best Private University, Educational Entrepreneur of the Year, Life Time Achievement Award – North Zone, Best University/ Institution for Promoting Industry, Best Use of Assessment in Education etc. Life Time Achievement Award (East) was provided to Prof. S. K. Singh, L. N. Mithila University, Bihar.
