Sanjay Saxena, Ph.D. (Business Administration), is Reader
in the Department of Management, School of Management Sciences,
Varanasi. Presently he is carrying the responsibility of
Training & Placement Cell as Chairman. With seven years
of teaching experience and ten years of corporate experience
as a marketing manager, he has published scores of articles
and research papers in reputed national and international
journals. Currently his book titled “Leadership”
published from PHI Learning New Delhi, is gaining mammoth
admiration from business executives, students, entrepreneurs,
and administrators.

Presently pursuing his Doctorate in the area of Corporate
Image Building Process in Indian Telecom Industry, Mr. Amitabh
Pandey has to his credit a rich experience of over seven
years both in the industry and the academia. He is an MBA
in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras
Hindu University. His flair for teaching is exhibited in
subjects like Marketing Management, Advertising Management,
Sales & Distribution Management, and Retail Management.
In addition to participating in Quality Improvement Programmes
he has also participated in several seminars and conferences
and has presented papers therein.

A Computer Engineering Post Graduate, Mr. Rajiv Katare,
Senior Lecturer, has to his credit more than a decade of
experience, both in industry as well as in academia. He
covers subjects like Automata Theory, Compiler Design, Artificial
Intelligence and Computation Theory. He is highly technology
passionate, and puts latest techniques to applications even
while teaching the MCA students for which he is admired.

Mr Chakraborty happens to be a Commerce Graduate from Banaras
Hindu University in year 1993. Prior to joining SMS, he
was associated with Giga-Byte Corporation , since last thirteen
years. Beforehand he has also provided his services to various
organizations in Varanasi. Presently he is working in capacity
of Office-Executive, T & P Cell, in this lush green
and delightful campus of SMS Varanasi.
