The word personality comes from a Latin word persona which means a mask or outer appearance. Personality is that factor of a person which makes one presentable to people. Personality can be derived through different attributes in a person,  like the way of talking, get up style, social and professional etiquettes, physical appearance and much more. From the very childhood, one is talked what is good, what is bad, what to speak and what not to. One is taught to respect elders and older, to wish good morning, good afternoon and good night. One is taught to use aap or ji or hanji short of courteous words in the conversation. In school one is taught to follow a dress code and to come spick and span. What is complete personality:- 1) Speaking skills : A person with good communication skills and who is familiar with etiquettes of a job. 2) Reasoning:- A person with good reasoning mind like the one who has good and immediate decision making skill are picked up instantly for the job. 3) Clarity :- People with clear mindset are the one who actually give 100% efforts to their work. We hear that people very often fake in the interview but they are caught by the interviewer because of the contrary and weak replies of the applicant. Therefore, it very imperative to have a clear mindset about things. 4) Teamwork attitude:- Teamwork attitude is very much appreciated in the corporate sector and it also suggests about the persons personal nature. 5) Ideas and Creativity:- People who can think out of the box are admired and celebrated everywhere. 6) Listen more :- It is always suggested to a person going for job interviews to listen more and careful than blabbering. 7) Straightforward:- Straightforward nature is a good quality. If one doesnt know answer of a question in the interview or if one had mistaken somewhere, then that person should accept the mistake or reply yes or no to the query. 8) Punctuality:- Is the quality of successful people. One who is always at time doesnt panic and works systematically. 9) Timetable strict:- Great people work according to a schedule or timetable. They also have activity tack in there phone, which shows them their performance level time to time. 10) Aims :- To aim or to aspire is the best factor of a personality, it motivates one to work harder and more seriously. Bad Factors Of A personality:- 1) Procrastination:- procrastination or postponing work on tomorrow is the worst part of personality. Such type of people take work on the eleventh hour and get panic. You might have heard this famous phrase "One night, Full fight". This term is used in context to working only one night before exam, the reality is that such type of attitude doesnt help in the long run. This type of attitude is not appreciated is job. Deadlines are very imperative in the corporate sector. 2) Negativity: I can not do that. Once you say this to yourself you can not accomplish your goal. Be self-motivated, try to find a remedy of the problem. 3) Irresponsible: This word is like speck for a person at job. One has to be very serious in job and understand ones responsibility. 4) Ego: Me and only me attitude is not admired in the corporate sector. One has to understand that everyone is equally is important. A person with ego can not learn much from others. For e.g. If a person junior in job doesn’t ask his senior when stuck in a problem that person can not learn more. 5) Confusion: It is a situation when one cannot decide what to do. In such a situation one should take help of seniors in a job or talk to family members. 6) Introvert: Many people are introvert and can hardly express themselves. In such case on should try to remove the fear of stage or addressing group of people. Many people in corporate sector spend their entire life without promotion because they are introvert and thus are unable to take leadership part on hand. 7) Incomplete preparation:- incomplete preparation can not lead you anywhere . One has to understand there is no shortcut to hard work. 8) Backbiting :- It is not a good factor of personality. It is a pot of problem that one fills for oneself. 9) Anger :- It is very dangerous factor of ones personality. One should try to fix this problem by doing yoga, meditation  or gym. 10)  Not serious for health :- It is said that health is wealth and a healthy body carries a healthy mind, therefore one should give proper attention to health. Personality is a asset of a person, it empowers one to be more important for others. It helps one to live a happy professional and personal life.
