School of Management Sciences has recently promoted a Leadership
Development Program in premises of Personnel Management
and Industrial Relations (MPMIR) department, BHU with the
inputs of Chief Trainer Dr. Sanjay Saxena, Reader, SMS Varanasi.
This entire program was categorized under three Modules
for providing variety of inputs to the students of Personnel
Management. In this two day developmental program Dr. Sanjay
has discussed the distinctiveness of Leadership in this
twenty first century.
In first Module of program he has shared information about
difference between Leaders and Non-leaders, Leadership and
Managerial Approaches, Transformational Leadership and World
Class Leadership Approaches. In next Module he has discussed
various dimensions of Integrated Human Beings. In third
and Last Module he has commented upon Leadership in Action
with Envisioning and Alignment, Emotional Transition, Mentoring,
Motivation and Empowerment and Developing World Class Culture.
