Fresher party is the moment when senior batch PGDMs students
whole heartedly and joyfully welcome their junior batch.
Such a fun, frolic and rejuvenated moment mark the start
of the academic session in SMS. The auspicious day begins
with the lighting of the lamp and garlanding of Goddess
Saraswati by the Director, Prof. P. N. Jha and other senior
faculty members. The mesmerizing music, songs, flash freezing
lights and the exuberant students are the defining moments
in the party. It is the day of love, affection, trust and
above all the bond of togetherness and belongingness. This
fresher party has been organized in association with Anant
Foundation and Red FM 93.4.
On account of number of dances and other cultural performances
of the students, ambience becomes extremely energetic. At
the end of the heart touching performances Mr. Fresher &
Ms. Fresher titles have been awarded to the selected juniors
from their senior counterparts. At the end of the program
students have been congratulated by the Director of the
institute Prof P. N. Jha on such a occasion. Programme coordinators
had also greeted the new students and appereciated the spirit
of senior PGDM students. In this way formal introduction
of junior & seniors puts a foundation of long-term relationship.
